American track and field athletes need how much protein a day?

The Institute of Medicine recommends that adult men and women consume at least 56 grams and 46 grams of protein per day.

The University of Georgia sporting director, Greg McGarity, takes responsibility for the incident. Godwin is a potential athlete of Georgia. Last year, he finished third at the men’s 400-meter run at the National Youth League, with a record of 45.83 seconds. Godwin was then recruited to join the nation’s youth and join the US team to win a silver medal in the men’s 4×400 meter men’s event in the 2018 world youth tournament.
