1. Thomas Bimis and Nikolaos Siranidis

Two athletes bouncing Thomas Bimis (29) and Nikolaos Siranidis (28) are said to have no chance of receiving medals at the Olympics Athens in 2004. Ignoring public opinion, the two athletes won the first gold medal for Greece at the Olympics that year, won the first gold medal in Greece’s Olympic history. And it is said, if Zaharias was born in a time when women were more respected, she would have proved more. 3. Larisa Latynina

Larisa Latynina until now is still a myth that cannot be overthrown in Olympic history. She is not only a gymnastics athlete winning medals in all content, but her achievement of winning 18 medals at three Olympic Games for the former Soviet Union has not been defeat.

Four years later in Rome, she continued to receive 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 1 bronze medal. In 1964, she won two more medals each to put into her collection.
